Brande serves as the Executive Vice President, responsible for firm-wide operations and the strategic growth of the firm. She leads the development and implementation of key operational strategies that drive efficiency and enhance service delivery across all departments.
Collaborating closely with staff, advisors, case design, client service teams, and national insurance industry experts, Brande works as an integrator to ensure that insurance solutions are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
With over twenty years’ experience in the insurance industry, Brande brings a strong background in advancing technology, evaluating special risk scenarios, comprehensive sales support, enhancing client experience and operational management.
Brande holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Monroe College and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College. Her industry credentials include LOMA's Life & Customer Service Management and a Fellowship in Life Insurance Management, along with Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.
Outside of her professional commitments, Brande enjoys music, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
